  I wrote the GCE O/L examination amidst the Covid-19 Pandemic and entered the President's College, Minuwangoda in 2021.I appeared for the Ordinary Level examination at Thakshila College Gampaha. However, I started dancing at my primary school, Sri Bodhi Primary School.That was in 2014.Although I was a famous figure in the dance scene at Taxila College, I managed to become the best and most famous dancer in the entire school at President College. As mentioned earlier, my first stage dance after joining in 2021 was held on World Children's Day 2022. All the teachers and students of that entire school were with some brothers from the media. Sri Lanka has three traditions.There are Kandyan, Low Country and Sabaragamu . Low - Country dance is a  very beautiful and energetic dance style. It has foure main dance styles. Matara, Benthara, Raigama and Siyana. This dance styles have many different items. Like Deva Shanthikarma, Yak thovil, Madu Shanthikarma etc. Gammaduwa occupies a prominent place among peace rituals. Gammaduwa varies regionally. This is styles , customs vary depending on the region.  They hold the Gamaduwa for fertility.This is done for God. Gammaduwa has 06 pantheons. Two of them are major and large. They remaining four are of average size and they are decorated Gop kola, Kesel pathuru,   Habarala kola etc. All of pantheons are  very colourful.  I'm a traditional dancer since 2014. Then I was at Sri Bodhi College. After that at Thakshila College Gampaha.That school's dance team understands that it's the hardest thing to do, because the dance team made yo of the 16 best dancers in the school who have been selecting for weeks. I was lucky to be among those 16. In 2018 & 2019 the Gampaha Thakshila College dance troupe  won first place in Sabaragamu tradition in school competitions across Sri Lanka. Even though our school had won 1st place every day since the, unfortunately after the years we participated , the school did not come for several years. This was because the Covid 19 virus wich was spreading all over the world , also spread to our Country. Then I enterd Minuwangoda President's College . Over time , the virus disappeared . 2024 , This is the year.That day I was after A/L. I was able to represent the school and win first place in the Minuwangoda zonal of the solo Kandyan tradition school competition....
